Vehicle repairs often require having the new part in-hand before removing the old one. Whether you're able to bring in the old part, or only have its name, number, or description, we'll work overtime to get the exact fit for your vehicle every time.

Ordering Parts at Richmond Chrysler

Our Online Parts Request form makes ordering parts a snap. While we carry a large selection of high-quality, genuine OEM parts, occasionally, we'll need to order an item that's out of stock. Should that happen, or you prefer to order in advance, our easy to use system will ensure that you get the part you need when you need it. Just fill out your vehicle's year, make, and model, the part number, a detailed description, and how many of the particular items that you need. Also fill in your contact information including name, address, telephone number, email address, along with any comments you would like to add. If you don't know the part's name or number or are unable to provide a complete description, feel free to call for assistance. Once you submit the request, a member of our sales team will contact you to confirm the order's details, its price, and that you still want the item. We'll call you again when it comes in.
