Turner was very prompt in replying when it came to acting fast on the perfect Dodge Charger that Go Richmond Chrysler had! He sent me a full walk around, photos, and responded to my messages with quick and accurate answers. My husband and I drove down from Kamloops to pick up the car and realized that it did not have proper tires on it to make the snowy trek home. Turner quickly organized new tires for the vehicle without hesitation. The body shop put new tires on promptly while we finalized paperwork with Abby who was so friendly and inviting!
